omg thank you for asking! ::') I'm admittedly just going to touch the ones I tagged, but I'm excited for the opportunity to character build a little...!! Answers vaguely change depending on if it's my AU or not! Which means this may go under a read more because I'm verbose as hell... Some of these are more fleshed out than others I'm sorry T_T
I'll be answering for: Gosspar, Hornspar, Eskspar, Gophy, Slatespar, Rutile/Zoisite, and a surprise bonus Porphy/Slate at the end!
4. Who kissed the other first? Tell about their first kiss.
Gosspar
Outside of my AU, I think it's probably Gossan who kisses first. A "first kiss" disguised as a "good luck" kiss ahaha. Because it was Feldspar's first launch to somewhere not the Attlerock.
For Treekeeper, which I've thought more about and will say here, because I'm happy to have an excuse to: Feldspar kisses Gossan first.
Because Gossan spent a LOT of time seeing Feldspar as a younger sibling (since Gossan lost theirs when they were incredibly young). It isn't until after Feldspar's brought back from the Tundra (and recovered; spoilers, I guess?) that Feldspar's had enough and just.
Pulls Gossan into a kiss, because they don't want to be seen as Gossan's sibling, not when they've thought of Gossan as something more for quite some time. Gossan has a bit of an existential crisis about this, but comes around rather quickly.
Eskspar
Esker, methinks! As much as I love this pairing, I don't have any concrete ideas about their first kiss outside of my AU T_T
As for inside the AU, however, it's definitely a case of a "I-was-so-worried-don't-do-that-again" kiss. Feldspar is far too stunned to respond properly for a little while, but they chase Esker down once they're off bedrest and return the favor ::D
Hornspar

My first otp for Outer Wilds and I still don't have a satisfactory answer for this. I'm still super unsure/unconfident about writing Hornfels, and that means I'm not entirely sure how I want their first kiss with Feldspar to go ::<
That being said! I admittedly am fond of the idea of Feldspar being the first one to kiss Hornfels outside of my AU. They just returned from a successful, adrenaline-filled flight, where they got close to the Interloper, and they want to tell Hornfels everything in detail. Upon rushing back to the observatory, Feldspar just. Kisses them. Right there. On the mouth.
And begins yapping away. Hornfels retains none of it ofc. They get this sorted out, and they have a second, less adrenaline-filled kiss afterward, but still.
As for my AU, I think it's Hornfels. It would happen after Feldspar is already able to move around again. They go to Hornfels just for a talk, only to be ambushed by another (more intense/less experienced??) version of that "I-was-so-worried-don't-do-that-again" kiss.
Gorphy
Both in and out of my AU, the answer's gotta be Porphy! Gossan's less self-conscious about everything in my AU, but Porphy's still the one who makes the first move, I think. It happens at night, I think. Porphy gives Gossan a bracelet they made using a bunch of small, pretty rocks they found and collected, and snuck that first kiss in while they put the bracelet on Gossan's wrist.
Gossan was sulky Porphy got the first kiss in, because had there been no vile Bracelet Distraction, Gossan claims they would've kissed Porphy first
Slatespar
I don't know exactly how it goes in my AU yet (I've been ruminating on that for the better part of a couple of months...), but for outside my AU, I like the idea that they both go in for that first kiss at the same time. There's no slowness to it, no "Slate leans in and Feldspar, picking up what Slate's putting down, leans in as well". It's pure "Slate wants to kiss that fish. Feldspar wants to kiss that fish. They both lean in at the same time."
Neither expects the other to do it, so I think they collide a bit painfully that first time lol
Rusite/Zoitile (both sound goofy but alas)
This is the easiest for me to answer, ahaha. It's specifically for my Treekeeper AU (since otherwise Zoisite kinda just sleeps with anyone willing, as long as there's no drama lol). Rutile's the one who kisses Zoisite first! Despite all of Zois's bravado, they really think everything of Rutile and they let their nerves get in the way. Porphy thinks it's stupid. Rutile also thinks it's stupid lol.
Rutile gives Zoisite time to confess on their own, but grows impatient (because it's not like they're getting any younger while they wait for Zoisite ahaha) and eventually just grapples Zoisite in for a kiss.
It 100% happens at work, after Zoisite makes a quip about Rutile's good looks.
Vana 100% leaves the "gross adults to do gross things, but please don't make a bigger mess than necessary :/"
BONUS!! Porphy/Slate
This is really only true for Treekeeper, but it's the reason I don't know what to do with Treekeeper Slatespar yet! I'm too tied up with this one! Anyway, Porphy kisses Slate first in Treekeeper, because they're tired of Slate and Gossan being ::< over each other (even if they both cover it all up with being growly and passive-aggressive).
