Cersei: If you have any last words now is the time
Missandei to Daenerys:
“That one’s yours, Snow.”
I was so scared for 8×03 that I didn't consider that 8×04 would be the real episode to mess me up
This is bullshit
This whole thing is bullshit
That’s a scam
Fuck d&d
Here’s 15 reasons why:
1. Arya is clearly in love with Gendry.
2. Gendry is clearly in love with Arya.
3. “I have a son you have a daughter we’ll join our houses”
4. “I can be your family”.
5. The smiles™️
6. Soft kisses.
7. Rough kisses.
8. He let Arya top him , even though we all know that he could have easily changed that.
9. The first thing he does after being legitimized is go and find Arya and tell her.
10. He called her beautiful?
11. She’s proud of him for being a lord?????
12. He said he loves her.
13. She showed him she loves him too.
14. “You will marry a high lord and rule his castle”
15. “You’d be m’lady”
Just saying
1. Jaime and Arya are heading down to kill Cersei. Even odds on who manages it.
2. Rhaegal isn’t dead. I don’t get why, I don’t get how, but it feels like that’s what they’re implying??
3. Fuck how they treat Ghost and direwolves.
4. Fuck a lot of gender shit and race shit in this episode.
Exactly.
Theories about the Gendrya kiss in 8x04
I have seen the theories about Arya and Gendry kissing, but I really don’t believe it’s going to be a goodbye kiss (even though it could be).
I don’t think Gendry, after this giant battle, will want to leave Arya’s side. After all, she’s the one who saved them all.
I think Gendry’s always seen himself unworthy of Arya. He has underestimated her fighting the dead, until he saw just a little bit of what she was capable of. (You know, throwing blades around and everything...). But then I believe he just didn’t want her to fight not because he thought she wasn’t good enought, but because he only wanted her to be safe.
Gendry has always tried to protect Arya, even when he knew he couldn’t do a lot. But after she defeated the Night King, he realized that she doesn’t need any protection, and in a way she doesn’t need him anymore.
I feel like Gendry is going to be a bit unsure of himself because of that. He’ll think he’s not good enough for Arya. And that’s why I believe it’s not going to be a goodbye kiss, but more of a reassurance kiss.
Arya DOES need him. She needs him to stay connected to her humanity, to her old self, to the girl she once was, the girl who would have done anything to get back to her home when she lost it. Gendry is a reminder of those things. Arya will kiss him to reassure him that he wasn’t just a one-night-we’re-all-going-to-die-stand, rather than the choice she make. The choice she’ll make again, in different circumstances. Because she chose him.
Plus : we still have to see them talking about her scars and I need that.
