Gotham Rewatch - Week 1

I've never used Twitter before, but this rewatch livetweet was way more fun than I thought it would be! I'm thinking I might do this each week, just screenshot that week's tweets and post them here.

Oswald's Tuna Sandwiches

I decided to share my classic tuna sandwich recipe, as I've made some to eat for the pilot.

Ingredients (Makes 2 Sandwiches):

•1 5oz can of tuna

•1 Tbs Mayo

•2 Tsp Balsalmic Vinegar

•Dijon Mustard (or Honey Mustard)

•1 Green Onion, sliced

•2 Tbs Relish (or 4-6 pickle slices)

•2 Slices Cheddar Cheese

•2 Slices Pepperjack Cheese

•4 Slices Wheat Bread (Toasted)

Instructions:

1. Mix Tuna, Mayo, Balsalmic Vinegar, and chopped green onion in a small bowl.

2. Spread 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard (or Honey Mustard) on 1 piece of toasted bread.

3. Spoon tuna mixture onto bread, smoothing evenly. Save half for second sandwich.

4. Add slice of Pepperjack Cheese.

5. Spread relish evenly onto the cheese.

6. Add slice of Cheddar Cheese.

7. Second piece of toasted bread on top.

8. Repeat for second sandwich.

9. Place in toaster oven or microwave for 1 minute to melt the cheese.

10. Enjoy!
