Going to the doctor tomorrow to talk about shitty mental health and beg for a therapist that can keep me for a while in stead of the standar couple appointments you get in Norway for whatever the fuck reason 🌝

for physically I may be here,

present and listening,

talking too although only seldomly,

I am mentally somewhere else,

where that is I do not know,

or perhaps I don't wanna know,

or maybe I do but I'm afraid instead,

of knowing it'd be somewhere I'm not supposed to be.

Motivation is really hard to find,

funny and downright ironic how earlier it used to come on its own,

without even calling and now every call goes unanswered.

What does it matter anyhow,

for all of this is merely a transient phase, I assume.
