Thinking about Shu again (shocker I know) but I keep getting stuck on the fact that after Ji forced Shu to "dissappear" in order to protect her people, Wanqing couldn't remember her ever existing. That's the way it should be from what the people in charge of the Sui siblings tell us (like what happened with Jie).

However! Zou Le remembers. Now, we can be lazy and put this up to him being a candleholder (since the Sui regulators as a whole seem to also be immune to the reality altering effects??)

But the biggest thing I think people forget is that Grain Buds also keeps her memories of Shu! She's not part of the regulators at all, the only unique thing about her is her seeming ability to communicate with animals. So why does she remember Shu???
