of course this always happens to me! I’d just taken gemini out for a ride and we decided to go through the mirror marshes and try jumping some logs! the ride was so calm and I loved listening to the wildlife in the mirror marshes when all of a sudden the skies turned to a dark grey and I heard the faint patter of rain.

next thing I know, we get caught in a huge downpour of rain! thankfully, gemini isn't too fussed by the weather, so she just kept on going! we headed towards crescent moon village to trailer back over to south hoof, and when we arrived back we were both still very soggy! I dried gemini off and popped her back in her stable, and got myself into some dry clothes and grabbed a hot drink to warm up!

               Graycloud has always been extremely grumpy and rather pessimistic. She’s always been rather keen on, pardon the pun, raining on everybody’s parade. If Firefoot was the vicious, eccentric one then Graycloud acted as a perfect cat to counteract all of her impulsive acts. Some in the clan thought that eventually they would end up together, some thought that they had been together all along. But they never said anything and if Graycloud kept Firefoot close to both the earth and her and if Firefoot warmed Graycloud to the world, nobody said anything. Unlike Firefoot, Graycloud never announced her distaste of kits to the clan, but she never said she wanted them either. When word got around that she was expecting her litter everybody was curious as to who the sire could be. Graycloud never named him and nobody had noticed any tom that was unusually close to her. As she grew older she seemed to grow more and more pessimistic, and she’s grown fond of telling the apprentices horrific tales of death and gore from her time as a warrior.

Bonus photo today because I'm trying to get to 2,500 posts. Rest assured my 2,500th post will be a spectacular photo! Even if it actually isn't... It will still be special. The main reason I want to get to 2,500 posts is because it's been a goal of mine to celebrate every 500 posts. I've been taking pictures almost all my 26 years of being alive. Obviously not when I was really little, but I've always enjoyed photography. It's taken me years to gain the skills needed for the right shot.
