Volunteering on Armed Forces Day part 1
Today 30/6/18 I was Volunteering and collecting outside Sainsbury’s at Craigleith for #ArmedForcesDay everyone was very generous with there donations plus the weather was fantastic with sunshine for us.
When we get donations we give them a poppy sticker to say Thank you for supporting #ArmedForcesCommunity
There was a couple of people coming up and saying “your a bit early, it’s not november yet”…

I visited the Lady Poppy Factory Tour in Edinburgh, i was very impressed getting shown around by Greame 18th July 2015.
Learning more about the Poppy Factory and they way they do things, just shows you the staff really do put a a lot of work in to it and making thousand of Poppys.
It was a great experience and enjoyed every moment of it abbs everyone at Poppyscotland HQ is very friendly and helpful.
Itself all in a great cause by supporting the Armed Forces Community
