For #motivationmonday I congratulate anyone who goes and does the “extra”. Congratulations to my oldest baby (yes my children will always be my babies) who just got an award for being a great coach. This past year on top of a full time job, he and his wife also had added responsibilities like having to school from home. It would have been easy to say “I don’t have time or I can’t because.” But Steven said “yes I can” and made it a priority. His children were happy to have him on the field. Big congratulations Steven for being not only a great coach but super dad! And congratulations to the grandkids on their award too. Thanks Jill for the pic. It definitely makes me smile. Family is always first for this crew and they all bring me so much joy. I had to show my coach @beastfactoryfitness some major love today I was so excited to gift him this piece of handmade art to let him know I truly appreciate him and all that he has done for me as an athlete and friend so I had this dope coffee table custom made just for him by one of most dopest artists in Atlanta @xavierperryart let me tell you it took 2 weeks to finish and I was so anxious and excited to see for myself this come to life. I myself didn’t see it until it was revealed to @beastfactoryfitness today. Coach I hope you know I appreciate one of the greatest and most dedicated coaches in the game, and dope human beings. Coach Profile: Sarah Kamenetz

As a Private Ice Skating Coach and former City Ice Skating Director, Sarah has over 10 years of experience training beginner to elite level skaters.  She also teaches basic hockey skills, and off-ice conditioning.  She is a Moves-in-the-Field Gold Medalist; ISI Gold Judge; holds Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED; and PSA CER A certifications. To complement her off ice training, Sarah holds Yoga Alliance RYS 200 teaching, Barre, and Group Fitness Instructor certifications.  She brings these wide range of skills and qualifications to her coaching at Corbin’s Crusaders.
