Life update: It's been almost a week that I didn't have a panic/anxiety attack, well technically there were some days that I almost had BUT I managed to control it. . So here's what I did, every morning I prayed & I acknowledged that I might have an attack within the day so I prepared myself to be very sensitive about what I feel. Once I felt that I am having some palpitations & started to have difficulty in breathing, I immediately told myself ok Drew you are about to have an attack so what are you going to do about it? Will you ignore it? Will you just relax? Will you do something else so that you take away your mind from it? So far the most effective thought for me was for me to focus and shift my mind to something else. Then I did some deep breathing exercises which helped a lot. . I am still struggling to paint, I feel like I am just forcing myself to do it so I had to stop & just do whatever I enjoy doing. I'm not as enthusiastic as before when it comes to my art but I just let myself to rest. . I learned that with the rate of uncertainties in the world, I can't really control it. I am just thankful that I have a supporting family & friends and most of all you guys! I have learned about so many things from you & I have tried all your suggestions which really helped me going thru this. I know that this is not over yet but I am willing to learn more about it. I wanna say thank you so much to all of you ❤❤❤ . I am hoping that each day I gain more experiences that someday I can share & maybe my experiences can be a big help to someone who also experiencing the same thing as me. .
