Remember it’s not what you do, but it’s why⁉️ and how you do it. I‘ve lost so many blood relatives in the last two years to the system or health related factors. My heart sometimes hardens unknowingly, after life continues to hit back to back. Being that it has always been my coping defense mechanism🚧. Instead, I took into account my natural actions and currently working against them by reading, attending conferences, joining new groups, mediation and so on. While convincing myself when I am open up to receive love and guidance, I’m at my BEST. My entire life seemed like being tough and guarded was the safest route but now I know sometimes it’s okay to let your guard down even when your natural instincts alert you that the choice is a mistake. As creator of #Grind2DaGreen I know longer believe in the word mistake. 🤷🏾♀️ P.S If only there was a fly on the wall to catch half of the movements I did today😁. Far from perfect and never want to be. But I do want to be SOLID and want to inspire any and everyone in my reach to be SOLID.
