Succulent chicken wings stuffed with a flavorful blend of cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and green onions will tempt you to indulge in their smokey goodness. Ideal for your upcoming outdoor barbecue!
Ingredients: 24 chicken wings, whole. 1 cup cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped. 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled. 1 tablespoon BBQ rub. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Wood chips for smoking.
Instructions: Preheat your smoker to 225F 107C with your choice of wood chips for smoking. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon, BBQ rub, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until well combined. Carefully cut a slit in each chicken wing to create a pocket without cutting through the other side. Stuff each chicken wing with the cream cheese mixture, ensuring they are well-filled. Season the outside of the wings with additional BBQ rub. Place the stuffed wings on the smoker grate and smoke for approximately 2-2.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C. Serve hot and enjoy these delicious smoked stuffed chicken wings!

The marinade combines the richness of hoisin sauce with the savory depth of soy sauce and the sweetness of honey, balanced with garlic, ginger, and a hint of sriracha for some heat. Grilling gives the wings a delicious charred exterior while keeping them juicy and tender inside.
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce. 2 tbsp honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp ginger, grated. 2 tbsp rice vinegar. 1 tbsp sesame oil. 1 tsp sriracha sauce optional. 2 green onions, thinly sliced for garnish. Sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha sauce. Add chicken wings to a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
