Büick Riviera GS 455 Bobtail, 1971. This Riviera GS (Gran Sport) features a big 455 cubic-inch V-S engine, good for 360 horsepower at 4,600 rpm and 510 lbs ft torque at 2,800 rpm. 3-speed Turbo-Hydramatic 400 transmission or 4 speed manual. 0-60 mph: 6.0 seconds. Quarter-mile: 13.38 seconds.

The Stage 1 package added a high-compression engine, race-style gauges, a hood tach, and spoilers, competing with other GM muscle cars. AccuDrive directional stability system. 4 barrel carb, dual exhausts, and functional hood scoops. Some enthusiasts have declared minimum 400 horsepower on the Dyno.
