Identity of the Day
Enboy
Type: Gender
Definition: Enboy, also galled Manby or Guyby, is a label used by those who are both Nonbinary and a man, boy, or masculine gender in some way. It can be used by those who are multigender who are both Nonbinary and a masculine gender, those who are Genderfluid or Genderflux between a nonbinary gender and a masculine gender, those who are Genderfaun, those who mostly identify as a masculine gender but feel they are also nonbinary due to having another identity as well, those who only identify partially as a boy such as with Demiboy or Paraboy, those who's gender is masculine but not a binary man, those who mostly identify as a masculine gender but also consider themself nonbinary do to being Genderfluid or Genderflux, those who are Gendervast and describe their gender as both a masculine gender and Nonbinary, those who are masculinly-aligned nonbinary, those who are Solarian, those who identify as Neuboy or Neuman, and those who are Nonbinary but have a meaningful connection to manhood. It is a part of the Multigender umbrella though not everyone who uses this label considers themself to be multigender.
Flag(s):
This is the Enboy flag made by beyond-mogai-pride-flags in June 2018. No meanings were given.
This is an alternate Enboy flag made by Accidental-Therapist before or in May 2021. The flag is meant to mimic the agender flag. In order the colors represent:
Those who identify partially as binary men
Those who identify with masculinity or boyhood in a way that isn't necessarily binary
A disconnect from, or wiggle room around, the yellow stripe, to represent the different ways one may experience being Enboy
All nonbinary genders
A repeat of stripe 3
No meanings are given for either grey stripe
