Bicep work out so good my face melted! Cable high curls have been my go to bicep exercise latley. What I enjoy most about them is that I can fully extend my bicep before I pull to complete the exercise. Giving the muscle more time to stretch out. Plus the constant tension of the cable makes me slowly release the tension. Cable work is clutch and you can use cables on pretty much every muscle group.
