Sakura has always been a pretty curious case for me. I believe when I was younger, I was dead-set on the thought that Sakura originated from the "Burning Love" game, so she's always carried some sort of significance to the Occult Club for me. I might keep that, at the very least, so she's not the same carbon-copy sweetheart that the rest of her clubmates are.

By no means do I think she's as gloomy or emo as the Occult Club, but I do think that she's a little bit less nice than her clubmates in some ways. While she's open to socializing and is nice to her peers (unless they prove to be unworthy of that), she is also a bit of a private person.

Whether it be about her "boyfriend" or her sickness, she wants to keep that information away from her peers. This is because in her past school, whether it was bullying or pity conversations, people always treated her a certain way due to her sickness. She hates not seeing what people are really like and would even prefer it if people openly disliked her, so long as they were being honest about it. Part of her even believes that she's never been able to see the "true" version of her parents because they raised her, knowing that she was sick.
