I need to name him before the game starts, but I’m giving myself brainrot about my Dhampir, I’m excited to play them and I can’t wait to be a literally bloodthirsty necromancer. I do still need to name him though if there are any suggestions?

The Medium The Patron

Anika Fuhe was born with celestial blood in her veins and the capability to see ghosts and spirits. The newborn was found on the doorstep of a temple with a jewel and a note in her hands. Everyone thought she was alone and abandoned, but no one else could see the cursed soul constantly watching over her.

Anyone else would have distrusted a monstrous ghost who would not reveal his name or his past, but they formed a familial relationship instead, and later on she started to learn how to use magic under his guidance. Today, the Deep One is Anika’s patron and they travel together while she searches for a way to bring him back to life.

Fun facts: 

I consecrated the Warlock class as my main one with Anika. 

The Deep One was actually born as a nightmare I had in 2017! I kept his weird features just as I saw them in the dream, I felt like it characterized him much more than an actual animal and functional skull. And yes, he scared the hell out of me back then. 

Of course the avatar comes from Anika’s illustration. That’s the makeup she uses when she goes to fight~

Homebrew Race: Undying Iferian

Did You wanted to play Undead Elves? Now You can! And I don’t mean coming up Shadar’Kai, tho they sound awesome. I had this idea for ruined country of partialy lich elves lying around for some time. Did elves felt eternal before?

Undying Iferian

The elves of Iferia were anihilated over a century ago. In their desperate attempt to defend remains of their kingdom, after the ruling family was slain by invading forces mages released potent necromancy that scorched the lands with attacking armies. The kingdom was destroyed and those who survive became cursed by necrotic energies. Only thanks to magic Iferians are able to keep themself sane and partially alive.

The Undying are half living half undead. Their elvish vitality and connection with fey is gone, but relentlessness of the undeath strengthens them. Their state doesn’t weaken their high elven magical talent and empowers it with necromancy. Some Iferians can regain their living vitality, but at cost of another’s creature living force in a way similar to vampirism.

Undying Iferian Racial Traits

Ability Score Increase: Constitution +2, Intelligence +1

Size: Medium

Speed: 30 feet

Superior Darkvision: 120 feet

Sunlight Sensitivity: You have disadvantage on attacks and Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight, when You or Your target is in bright sunlight.   

Undead Fortitude: When You take damage that would reduce You to 0 hit points, make Constitution saving throw with DC of 5 + damage taken. On a success, You drop to 1 hit point. This trait doesn’t work, if damage taken was radiant.

Iferian Weapon Training: You have proficiency in Sickles, Scimitars, and Hand crossbows.

Revenant’s magic: You know Chill Touch Cantrip. At 3rd level You learn False Life spell and can cast it as 2nd level spell once per long rest. Once You gain 5th level, You know Cause Fear spell and can cast it once per long rest without need to concentrate on it. Intelligence is Your spellcasting ability modifier for those spells.

Half Dead Nature: Your creature type is both Humanoid and Undead. You are affected by effects that would work on either of those types. However when You are affected by Turn Undead You can repeat Your saving throw at the end of each of Your turns ending the effect on Yourself on a succes.

Ejay the scarecrow was found by Blair after years of being abandoned in a barn with no lick of memory of who he is or how he came to be. Still he comes across as a friendly being to all creatures, or well as long as none of those creatures bother Blair.

Roy Lamont was once a normal young teen who had it all, friends and enough charisma to be one the most popular kids in school until he had a little run in with a witch who altered his entire life. Now he follows Blair and her cousin Molly in hopes to regain the life he used to have.  Thanks to @blanktheconquer for creating this character for me and helping me on his backstory.
