Consider this a PSA for anyone trying to talk to people on Tik tok or twitter do not asume they have watched Hazbin Hotel. I don't care if there icon and username are related. There are a shocking amount of people who only watch clips and reviews and call it a day and yes alot of thoughs people are kids who thankfully don't have amazon prime. Spare your sanity and make sure to ask befor you engage.

You know I think hazbin speficaly has a really bad case of. "Oh my god can you belive EVERYONE is doing this!" And it's like maybe 20 people or less.

Like even if its like 2000 people like that's alot of people but it isn't most of the fandom. That still is a minority in the group of fans of hazbin active enough to be online.

If you happen to see the 20 people doing what ever it is it feels like "everyone" but it's not. It's a fraction of a fraction of people who like hazbin.

My take on all the main sinners sins

Angel- Gluttony, he is always looking for more of what will make him feel better in the moment. We see this with the way that he treats drugs and the way he treats Husk at first. He wants to feel better now no matter what the cost of that is. That's why his journey involves him putting himself in uncomfortable situations instead of takeing the easy way out.

Husk- Sloth, Husk knows how to help himself. We see with Angel that he understands what will make his life better he simply wont do it. It's becuase he thinks this is what he desvers that cuases him to have inaction. His ark is him learning to become more active instead of leting life happen to him.

Nifty- Lust, she is always after something just put of reach. She is never very of what's happening in the present moment. In season 1 she is constantly hitting on the guys with out any real intrest in them as people. That bit after it starts with sorry where she calls him not a bad boy and kicks him. Even outside of that her obession with unobtainable things like single handedly cleaning the whole hotel or killing all the rats and roaches is her defining trait. What will she do when she gets there? Fine the next thing to pursue. That's why her ark is her geting close to Baxster as a person.

Alastor- Wrath, his motivating force is being mad at shit. He's mad at Rosie for controlling him, he's mad at Vox for wanting to use him, he's mad at Lucifer for haveing power he dosn't have acess to. There's a case to be made for envy but if felt safe he wouldn't be envious. He feels endangered by being less powerful than anyone and his fight or flight picks fight every time.

Mimzy- Greed, obviously she has that tattoo. Girl takes what she wants and dosn't care if her friends end up paying her tab.

Vox- Envy, obviously that's just brighter. Man is never content.

Vel- Pride, "I'm that hashtag bitch and I will do exactly what I please."

Val- Greed, Val has everything he could ever want and is a workaholic. He wants "hot new angel sults", he wants angel all the time, he wants Vox all the time, he wants make flim after flim after flim. It's never enough things for him. He always wants more.

Carmmila- Sloth, her magir sins are inaction. She dosn't want to fight the angels out of fear. She dosn't want ti stand up to Vox out of fear. She needs to take action when she really wants to take no action.

Rosie- Gluttony, It's a bit in the more with the cannibal and I nearly said greed but, her sins are more about indulgence than trying to get more. (I also almost said pride but I feel like thats saying Alastor is pride) I think wanting more than her fair share of the deal out of Alastor is Gluttony. She is stringing out this deal so she can get more out of it instead of geting what ever it is that she needs him to do. As Bee says in helluva boss. "I'm what you want not what you need."

Pentious- Sloth, like with Carmilla and Husk, Pentious knew what the right thing to do was and chose inaction instead. His redemption was learning to take action instead of sitting on the sidelines.

Cherri- Wrath, she is angry all the time.

Baxter- Pride, he thinks he is the best.

2 facts about Viv I'm gona beat people over the head with.

1) She is asexual.

2) She writes from experience.

So when your picking apart the way especially Angel and Alastor are writen rember there writen from experience. That dosn't mean you have to like it but don't pretend she's just doing things for no reason. She is representing herself. (At least with these aspects of the characters.)

The try guys video on Voodoo is actually mandatory watching for all Alastor girlies (gender natrual).

Like it does a really good job at explaining broad concepts in a really short amount of time.

You must educate yourselfs for pookie.

Also I want more fics where Vox is being a stalker. Like we litterly see him in the show both filming Val's every movement and once he's made aware of Alastor filming him every second he can.

Like it is litterly canonically such a big part of his character but in fan works it's generally no where to be seen.

And befor any of yoh say it yes I have incorporated it into my fics but I am slow and need more.

The outher day I saw this tweet going around that was along the lines of "Scott coffin is just as bad as a writer as Vivziepop" which like there are layers wrong with that.

1) Good God that is a twitter ass take. Thats like saying The Darknight is just as bad as the Yhree Little Pigs like what are you actually talking about. This is everything wrong with internet "critique" right. Things have to be everything all at once and perfect unless its Christopher Nolan's the Odysses. These aren't even things that should be compared.

2) While I might take isues with Scott as a person I'm not gona let y'all bitches slander him like that. The FNAF games especially the first 3 are ghost stories. People treating them like they were ment to be super deep but that was never the intention. The first game is litterly a guy hid kids bodies around the pizzeria and now there haunting the mascots. That's it's. It's a perfect creepy pasta/ camp fire type story. It does it's job.

3) Have y'all knowdised that when people want to dehumanize Viv they call her Viziepop instead of Vivienne. Even though she's been publicly going by Vivienne for years now.

4) Unlike Scott, Viv isn't the only writer and frankly acting like she is is sexist. Y'all don't do that for male creators. Y'all really don't do that for shows like Rick and Morty or South Park.
