rewatchin the movie to do some fun quick comparisons n absolutely ENAMORED with the difference between musical! Johnny n movie! Johnny at the fountain. musical!Johnny is fightin the entire scene. when he goes for his knife it's this wild desperation. he needs to get to pony. he'll do anythin in that moment to save him. the whole decision from pullin out the knife to Bob gettin stabbed is maybe 10 seconds. movie!Johnny sits on it. there's an entire 45 seconds from Johnny pullin out the knife to stabbin bob. he knew exactly what he was gonna do. n by God he was gonna do it.
