Except Ed and Winry are already married, but she’s made a trip to Rush Valley and so he gets drunk because there’s nothing else to do in sheep land. So Ed is just crying on the phone going on and on and on about how much he loves her and how he hopes one day to get the courage to finally be the man she deserves and Riza is trying not to laugh because its so endearing.
