I want to say “Well, it depends on the disaster, doesn’t it?” but that’s not a very interesting answer on it’s own. So, given some kind of generalized disaster, his first order of business is to worry about people he cares about. Is everyone he’s with safe? Good. Then he’d worry about himself. Is he safe? Good. The next step is to make sure that safety is as stable as possible. Once that’s secure? Well, the smart thing to do would be to remove himself from the situation, right?  So, instead, once he knows the people he cares about are good, and he’s free of immediate danger, then clearly, the only natural thing to do is to throw himself right back into it to make sure other people are safe, too. He won’t involve himself in a situation that’s clearly beyond his depth, but he often doesn’t have a good measure of his depth one way or the other, so it can be kind of a crap shoot, but he wants to help as many people as possible without turning into another person who needs to be rescued. 

After that, he probably needs a drink and a shower. Probably he needs a drink in the shower.

i need more big 3 haunting narrative fics not gonna lie novak and roger and pros at it.

nogonnalai … tbf i think rafa dominates the haunting the narrative thing specifically bc he’s the most removed from the narrative of them. like Novak isn’t dead (retired) yet and roger is always at tournaments so like they still function as active members u know? But there is definitely more to be done, and really it will happen more probably as newer fans come in and they were not around for roger playing at all, they maybe were not around for novak peak era etc etc .. so i think it will happen that we will get more haunting the narrative fics with all of them !

From your list of Astarion's pet names, do you know in what scene the ""Property I cherish, but still my property" (his thoughts)" triggers? I've never seen it in my playthrough and I'm so curious, lol!

I actually saw it in a Reddit thread of his lines, although I can't find it again. Fun fact, I actually don't have and never played BG3, I just watched a lot of videos haha. My guess would be if you use Detect Thoughts at some time during his Ascension route.
