Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup peanut butter. 1/3 cup honey. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts. 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey. Mix well. Fold in chopped peanuts and mini chocolate chips if using. Press the mixture into a lined or greased 8x8-inch baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
