Ingredients: 2 cups broccoli florets. 1 cup sliced bell peppers. 1 cup sliced zucchini. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
