I love Lewis Capaldi, don’t get me wrong. He’s an angel and I’d actively die for him. But could you imagine if a woman looked like that? Acted like that? She wouldn’t have a number one album, she wouldn’t be selling-out shows. She would be ostracised from society. Her every move would be scrutinised. Magazines would be talking about the shape of her face, her eyes, telling her to get surgery, lose weight. 

And that pisses me off. Women have to be perfect and pure to appear in the media - unless an example is being made of them - and men can be as human, imperfect and relatable as they wish (ultimately). This double standard shouldn’t exist.

34: Favourite holiday?  I’ve not really been on many holidays. I reckon my best one is going to be the one in two weeks, when I go interrailing around europe with my sister! I’m super excited!

35: Favourite season?  Spring! I love seeing the lambs, and the flower blooms, and the renewed life and hope 36: Cat or dog person?  Cat!! 37: Quiet or loud?   Hmm, I’d say I’m quite quiet. But if I’m comfortable and happy (or tipsy) I can be a little bit loud lol
