Hi! I was looking through the loom knitting tag for inspo and saw your AMAZING eye cowl. How did you do they eyes so cleanly? I figure you sewed them in after but do you have any tips on how to do that? Feel free to ignore, it's just so awesome I got so excited

hey thank you!!! the eyes are surface crocheted, and i used a template for each size (ive lost the big one apparently)

basically you pin the template down on the base project and crochet around it! this was my first time doing it, so once you get the hang of surface crochet, you're off to the races 💜💜

also! here's the cowl base if you'd like! if you're a loom knitter you probably already know about denise from loomahat, but if you don't then behold! treasure trove be upon ye!
