First attempt [bad] at a poem/prayer! <3

I pray to Aphrodite for beauty and love, I thank her for all of the roses that grow in my backyard. I pray to Athena for knowledge and help with my schoolwork, I thank her for all the wisdom she has brought to me and my friends, And how mature she has made me grow. I pray to Apollo for help with all of my performances and poems, And for forever sunny days. I thank him for helping me with archery and dance, And thank him for giving me these opportunities and talents. I thank poseidon and zeus for the rain to play in, And the thunder storms that pair with the tea. I thank all the gods for being there, Even in subtle ways. Even when at first I never noticed it, They were there, surrounding me.

I'm sorry to have to ask again so soon but my great-grandmother is in the hospital again and in critical condition . They are airlifting her to a neighboring city and are going to attempt surgery. The odds of her making it through are very low. I beg of you all to pray to your gods that she will be okay. And if she does not make it, pray for an easy passage into the next life and comfort in paradise. Please, please pray. I do not want to lose the woman who practically raised me.
