I feel like we don’t highlight enough how often ilya talks about ‘beautiful women’ and it kind of sounds like he’s being cunty like, of COURSE the women who hang out around him are all model-worthy queens or whatever
but the reality is that he finds like… everyone beautiful. or handsome. or attractive. like his pov in the books is rich with him pointing out how hot everyone is. hell, he SAYS people are hot in casual conversation a lot of the time. that boy just out here seeing the beauty in the world.

Ilya's cat behavior really goes to his maximum setting in the last episode. He has chosen the human he likes most, he will never stop being an asshole for fun despite his deep love of that human, and he will never admit that he wants attention until the second he’s not offered that attention and then he's like “EXCUSE ME?! Why are you IGNORING me?!”
And even when he’s given the attention he’s asking for, still slapping his chosen human out of nowhere 😂
