Wow. Just broke 210€! 

Today was a real price of a day - I arrived at the HeTy offices and inhaled sharply - there were three bags full of cans and bottles! My work colleague Jarmo Laakso, the IT-guy at HeTy, had delivered on his promise, and there they were.

I did a quick inspection and decided on the best move - go home via Itis LIDL - and here we are, we’ve broken 5,7%, we’re close to 5,8%, and we jumped from 203,95€ to 211,30€ - so we’re over 211€ now! Amazing. Thanks, Jarmo!

Ya know, I’ve left traps everywhere. Even a cardboard box that says “cans & bottles” at HeTy ry.

And today the trap was sprung - I found a can there. A bona fide can. Just there, waiting for my grubby mittens to embrace it’s bodalicious curves.

0,15€. It was mine. It was a Monday - and the week had already been saved.

This has got to mean that the move from Vallila to Katajanokka was over - and I walked around HeTy Katajanokka which is in total shambles by the way - volunteer help appreciated very much thank you - I ransacked the place for all kinds of bottles, and I guess I found 4 bottles worth 0,20€ each, bringing in a sweet 0,80€ :)

Oh. Wow. Almost an euro! Seriously though, this could’ve been something like 4 plastic bottles and a can. I think this was somehow related to the move that Helsingin Työttömät ry are doing from Vallila to Katajanokka, and maybe I found a can on the way to Alepa too. Thanks everyone!

So, today was a “have your photo taken and get bottles, too” kind of day. When I exited Helsingin Työttömät ry for the day, to go for the photoshoot, I was presented with bottles delivered to me by a person near Antti M. Thanks, Antti&H!

While I was walking into the shop and nearing the deposit machine, I waited for a while for the ladies to exit from the vicinity of the machine, and they left at least one 0,40€ bottle there, un-deposited. I immediately snatched it, and returned it, hence why I got 2,40€ together this time. 

Was that the end of it? Nope. They had just stuffed a Saskia bottle (redeemable only via LIDL) into the trashbin and left quite a few Alko glass bottles there, too. I piled them into my plastic bag and went through the checkout and got this receipt.
