The bar is HEX because the drinks are based on potions that include medicinal herbs. These drinks are pretty, strong, and magical.

The man in the back is questioning why they have to drink it like that.
The drink is red. It's called "El Diablo" aka THE DEVIL. Six is the number of the devil and the drink has double that amount (12) of some of kind of herb. The colors mean things and it means . . .

It's the way Joong looks at Dunk no matter what Dunk is doing or saying. I don't think Joong is even hearing a word Dunk is saying.
