It's the end! We can basically eat everything! But we need a focus on cruciferous vegetables. So like, broccoli and cabbage and all that lot.
Goi ga inspired stir fried cabbage and turnip with chicken with spicy vinegar, mint and coriander. Topped with spicy tofu bites and crushed peanuts.
Leftover cabbage and turnip with white fish and edamamen in a sweet & spicy sauce.
Chilli & Lime rice crackers
Apple & banana & carrot smoothie
Broccoli and pesto pasta bake topped with cheddar and breadcrumbs.
So in conclusion! Er... a bit inconclusive honestly. The last two weeks i was more bloated and gassy, which i think is to be expected on a high bean and cabbage diet. But I didn't really have any noticeable strong reactions to any group on the level I was expecting. I guess the good news is, i can pull back on high fodmap ingredients if i have a flare-up because I was definitely doing well throughout this diet. And im pleased that I don't have to focus on eliminating anything outright for now. The bad news is... back to square one.
