BLUEBERRY LEMON EGG LOAF (Español ⬇️) This has been my favorite flavor. I baked it for a longer time this time after seeing @neldalexie bake it for an hour. I usually bake it for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. This time I baked it for 50 minutes at 400 degrees. It came out basically the same with the crispy edges. ▫️ RECIPE: Original Recipe by @keto.sam.iam Makes 8 servings • 2-4 tbsp butter (melted) • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) • 8 eggs • 1/4 cup coconut flour • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp lemon extract • 1/3 cup blueberries • sweetener of choice (I used 1/4 cup Swerve) M ▫️ 1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. 2. Blend all ingredients. (I use my immersion blender.) 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 4. After reading Four Letter Word I said Wild and Trouble were my favorite. Then I read Hit the Spot and declared Loser and Legs were my favorite. Now here I am, having just finished Bad for You, and all I have to say is Shay and Stitch are LIFE!!!!! I didn't think anything could top the first two books in this series for me, but this one just accomplished that feat. I'm blown away. Gone. Consider me beat. This couple is everything. . Shay and Stitch have that kind of chemistry we can only dream about. Despite being complete opposites, these two are so perfect for each other. Poor Stitch has had a difficult past, yet has come such a long way to being a better person. I just couldn't help but fall hard for this sexy chef. Shay was quirky and funny and just such a little spitfire! I absolutely adored her and would give anything to know her in person. This hairstylist has a heart of gold and a personality to match it. I couldn't help but fall HARD for these two, both separately and together. . If you haven't read J. Daniels' yet, please do yourself a favor and remedy that asap. Though these books don't have to be read in order (they are standalone companion novels) I highly suggest you do read them in order since you meet the characters early-on. Plus they're all amazing. This has quickly become one of my favorite series EVER! .
