I was joking around with Hodag this morning and, long story, at one point I asked, "okay but what if the Vikings had access to potatoes?" and now I'm kind of obsessed with the idea.
Admittedly I'm specifically obsessed by the idea of a Viking version of McDonald's, but I've seen worse ideas for a novel. Over one billion BerserkerBurgers served!
God damn that would require so much research. The history of potatoes, vikings, McDonald's, and THE WORLD.
But the 1950s were probably way more interesting.
