“the beggar”, played by someone nobody’s ever heard of, is at the top of the Mistborn movie’s credits. everyone who knows explodes and everyone who doesn’t know is just really really confused

the narrative style of tress of the emerald sea has some implications and I’m not sure which one is funnier. because it’s either

a) sanderson is fully capable of writing evocative descriptions and using gorgeous prose but just. chooses not to do that

b) he physically cannot do it unless he gets possessed by a little freak

or

c) this book was literally written by hoid and sanderson had nothing to do with it

Cosmere's like Where's Waldo, but Waldo periodically changes his hair colour and clothing and the only truly realiable thing is his fucking nose. In one picture Waldo has a beard. In another there a character who looks exactly like Waldo, but is actually Tolkien. Also, Waldo drew some of the pictures.
