Sorry I’m thinking of Little Goody Two Shoes and generational trauma. How Holle and Elise both loved their daughters with all their hearts, but doomed them before they were ever born because of their deals with Ozzy. Holle did not think of what would happen to Elise when she confessed to Hans, and likewise, Elise was arrogant enough to think that promising a second born child to Ozzy would be enough to outsmart him and thus doomed Goldia.
