Grilled Honey Sesame Pork Tenderloin is a delightful dish that combines the richness of pork with the sweet and savory flavors of honey, sesame, and soy. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal straight from the grill.
Ingredients: 2 pork tenderloins about 1 lb each. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. This will make the marinade. Salt and pepper the pork tenderloins, then put them in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again. Making sure the pork is well covered, pour half of the marinade over it. Save the rest of the marinade to use as a basting sauce. For at least 30 minutes, marinate the pork in the fridge so that the flavors can soak into the meat. Take the pork out of the marinade and throw away the marinade. The pork tenderloins should be grilled for 15 to 20 minutes, turning them over every so often, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Just before you turn off the grill, baste the pork with the marinade you saved and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Let the pork rest for a few minutes after it's done cooking before cutting it up. Grilled Honey Sesame Pork Tenderloin slices go well with any side dish you like. This grilled pork is tasty and easy to make.

Just another #sleepless night. . Sometimes, I wish I had the ability of a monk; how they’re able to completely zen out and let go of things. One of the reasons I can’t sleep - it’s my mind constantly playing and replaying long past, recent past, and current betrayals; the lies I’ve been told, the friends who weren’t, my misplaced trust, the hate, the thoughts and the wonder at how and why people do what they do; even those I’ve helped, those I’ve gone the extra mile for over and over again - and I lay awake, playing and replaying those thoughts... . Most times I use those thoughts to play and replay hundreds and thousands of possibilities, options, outcomes, and I choose to turn it all into something...tangible, something like... . ...food. . So, here I am at 1:00 am. I’m throwing all these flavors together, and trying to make sense of things with the use of things like shoyu, honey, garlic and sesame oil. The saddest and meanest part of it all - I can’t eat any of this. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to munch on these later. If not, I guess I’m feeding the office some steak, tuna and Porkchops. . I made a #GarlicShoyu #RibeyeSteak done #MediumRare; #HoneySesame #TunaSteaks, and some thincut #SaltandPepperPorkchops. . Cooking is one of those things I do when I can’t sleep. Sharpening knives, cleaning, laundry - anything semi-repetitious that requires little thought, because I’m always thinking, always planning, always filled with uncontrollable urges - to eat. When I think - I eat. . #foodforthought #meeatmeat #meats #fatmyselfhappy #eatmymeat #letseatmeat #grillingtime #fish #ahi #meetmemeat #eatmemeat #meat #grilledmeat #protein #meatlovers #yum #lovemymeats #grillinthemorning #itsalwaysgrillingtime #grilledsteak #grilledahi #icanteatanything #ahhh https://www.instagram.com/p/B9OQHv0J19N/?igshid=1opfs7ubeqx3v

Nachos c/ Asian Glaze
INGREDIENTES
Tostitos
¼ lata habichuelas refritas
1 taza de queso Monterrey Jack guayado
1 cucharada de cebolla en polvo
1 cucharadas de sazón Chili en Polvo
2 cucharadas de Sazón Taco Mix
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
Sal / Pimienta
Picadillo
1 cebolla mediana picada en cubitos
2 ajie verdes (cubanelas) picado en cubitos
1 Tomate grande picado en cubitos
1 lata de maiz
¼ taza de Aceite de Oliva
½ taza de vinagre Vinagre
Sal / Pimienta
Asian Twist
TADA! =)
PS: Lo puedes hacer sin habichuelas y puedes sustituir el queso por Cheddar también, (or maybe both!)
