I have been without since technically last saturday, though I kept the patch on longer than I should have just to try and stave things off. I want my hormones back dammit.

Turns out it's way less of an issue having the patch on my (noticeably less hairy) arms, stays on all day and comes off easily/without taking prisoners when I need to change it. Too bad puny upper arms and a recommendation of rotating the application site means I can't just keep to there. Was sore today as expected, took some ibuprofen, iced my back and him. Hung out with my bestie and played some board games with friends of hers, some low key social interaction I've been lacking.
