Got a valentine's kiss today. Nice lad called Joey. I kissed him on the nose. He pressed his face into my chest. He's 21. 25 years younger than me 😱 Is this a problematic age gap?

One fun thing about making the horse au of cars is that i discovered how fun it is to detail mane and the tails. In Radiator Springs, all the horses have small little braids in their mane and tail.

I did this whole thing with Lightnings mane where you can clearly see it grow as the story processes. At the start Lightning's mane is short enough to stand up, in Radiator Springs his mane becomes messier and grows a tad, when he is taken back to his home his mane gets cut again, but at the time of cars 2, his mane has clearly grown and there are a few braids in it aswell as in his tail. At the time of Cars 3 he has actual long mane with braids in it aswell, and he has a longer forelock. In cars on the road his mane is in one singular running braid that reaches all over his neck, ending with a shoulder braid. Lightning has officially joined the gang now hes got long hair

Docs mane is half long and has a few braids in it. Maters mane is very long and looks like birds made nests in it in the first movie, in the second movie its slightly less and the braids are a tad more visible and in Cars 3 and cars on the road his mane is actually cut a bit. Like just the hair points nothing more.

I’m taking a care of a horse this weekend and a few days next week, and I’m both stupid excited, because this horse is... he’s fucking amazing ya’ll, huge, gorgeous, and so much personality and talent, but at the same time...

he’s boarded at the stables I kept Amanda, my horse who died suddenly i May, for most of our 8 years together, and while it wasn’t where she was when she died I’m a bit... nervous?

Idk I haven’t really done anything horsey or gone to any stable since she died and I hope I manage to keep my shit together and enjoy Fountain as much as I can

Picture me doing a dramatic bow. I’ve got plenty of stories, but for now.

NO. Ring-Ring has never in her life raced. She was born with us and has never been to a single event in her life!! She is our resident baby at four years old and in those four years she has never once competed or even heard a race second hand. And i think the only thing that could be counted as hunting she does is locking onto my cousin like a heat seeking missile the second she hears that horn. Like deadass.

I was leading her out to the pasture one day when he called her and she slipped her lead and ran away from me 😭

he rides her bareback (according to our vet she’s allergic to the stuff we clean saddles with and four replacements didn’t work, so he’s the only one who rides her) so he just carries the horn around and summons her like a goddamn medieval knight.

Ok but that's adorable. Love that she's found her one person and latched on. The cutest!
