Victoire is perfect. The absolute epitome of perfect. With long blonde hair and shining cornflower blue eyes. She always got top grades, O’s in pretty much every subject, she speaks fluent French and Japanese, and everyone she meets just loves her, especially when they’re of the opposite gender. 

She is one of the press’ favourites. Always elegant and graceful, beautifully paired outfits that are the height of fashion. Unlike some of her other family members, i.e. Dom, she never retaliates at them. Always a polite smile, no matter what they ask or how they ask it. Except for that one time. It was just after she had broken up with Teddy. And somehow a reporter got onto Hogwarts grounds and went to take a photo of her and Max Clearwater. Merlin, she was pissed. Jinxes flew out of her wand at a rate faster than her Aunt Ginny.

Teddy. He was the only guy who ever knew her for her. The only guy who noticed her for her personality, not her legs, or anything else. And she screwed it up. Screwed it up in the worst possible way.  So, so stupid. 

It was her seventh year and he had graduated. Things had just been feeling off for a while, it wasn’t him he was as gorgeous as ever, it was her. She didn’t mean to do it when she did. But she hadn’t seen him in months, and they got into a stupid fight. And then she ended it. The day after his Grandmothers funeral.

But she is Victoire, she’s perfect. And no one gets to see how scared she is and no one needs to know that she can’t cope with it and how she doesn’t think she’s going to make it. Becuase she’s Victoire and she’s “perfect”.
