The Jedi have an entire branch of their order dedicated to agriculture, you would think they would send some Jedi to help, maybe with some humanitarian aid?

They didn’t, because the famine was manmade, the result of sanctions enforced by the Republic and Jedi to punish the Kaleesh for fighting back against their colonizers.

This is why Grevious, who is a Kaleesh, hates the Jedi. According to legends, he had to see his ten wives die of starvation and see his thirty children kidnapped and subjected to “immense depravity”

sometimes I think of mundane aspects of star wars universe. like, fashion, subcultures, stupid holonet dramas, political online arguments etc. do they have fandoms? do they edit pngs of anime girls (or their analog of anime girls) onto flags?

as my main interest in star wars is the huk war, sometimes i think about what kind of political online arguments in holonet could happen at the time of it. was grievous's war against the huk also happening in holotwitter?

I was playing a wonderful game during Steam Next Fest yesterday - "The Legend of Khiimori". Yes, it's a horse game, but with a twist - you play as a young Mongolian girl who is a courier, traverse vast steppes, fend off aggressive animals and connect different settlements.

At one point, when I was looking at a little stone shrine in need of repairs, I thought: "What if it was a game about Kaleesh".

They have a lot in common with Mongolian culture - particulary "Galaxy at War" RPG supplement gave us many, such as "khan" and other titles.

Just imagine: we could be riding an ollabac, kuunsi or whatever other steed, traversing the Ausez steppes and perhaps working as a courier during the Huk War.

Anyway, speaking of which, I kinda headcanon that The Hu/The Agasar - the band Cal Kestis listens to at the beginning of "Fallen Order" - is, in fact, Kaleesh in-universe :). After all, it's a traditional Mongolian throat singing.

Ronderu didn't die during the Huk war she was actually back at camp with a broken hand after trying to punch a protocol droid during the time her death was supposed to happen. This is canon cause I was the Lucas film studio table.
