struck me while having lunch earlier judt HOW fucked up the flame chase journey is.

Its not JUST the flame chasers are fated to die, it's that they have to give up their own hopes and wishes and wants for the sake of their world, all while they are still fated to die.

This isn't judt a heavy burden they can solve with time, the ENTIRE fate of the planet relys of them and they are stuck with a time limit that ticks down quicker and quicker every day.

Phainon's struggles is obvious. As the world bearer, he had to live with the fact he will be the only one to see Era Nova and all his companions will forget him in the new world. He had to watch as his friends die while knowing he was fated to be the lone survivor. Oh and don't fucking get me STARTED on khaslana, that man is a whole can of worms himself

Mydei had to sacrifice his own lives and turn himself into a weapon for ghe flame chase. He had to give up his own wishes, as seen him 3.2 with his convo with cas, and instead had to settle with whay little the flame chase gave him.

Castorice wasn't allowed to live like a regular human. She couldn't touch anyone, and she had to live with being used as a weapon who brought death for the longest time.

Aglaea had to give up her own emotions for the journey. She had to live withtt eh fact she would lose her emotions while holding the careflmae. She had to give up her enjoyment when weaving, she had to give up the love she felt for her companions, and God knows what else. Also not to mention the less then idea choices she had to make in order to lead the flame chase. Oh and also thinkung she failed Cipher and Phainon

Cipher had to give up her companionship. Before the Dawn Device stuff, she thoguht her lies could only ever bring about malice. She gave up her companionship, thinking she could only ever hurt people after the incident with her grandma. And even after the dawn device where she finally found a good usage for her lies, she still had to isolate herself to prevent anyone from finding out her lie. Oh and mother to mention her strained relationship with Aglaea where she had gone her whole life believing she failed her and tried desperately yo live up to her standard of 'beauty'

Hyacine had to give up her own fears and insecurities. Instead, shee had to put on a face of happiness to prevent her patients for losing hope. She couldn't show sadness or fear, or else the people in her care would lose hope too. If even a Chryso Heirs was feeling hopeless, what hope was there for the people? Oh and not to mention her insecurity about her role in the Flame Chase and how she wasn't any warrior like her ancestors and believing she was only chosen our thanks to her bloodline.

Tribios. God tribios- Tribios would've been completely safe from the black tide, but she still chose to give up her safetly snd life in order to save everyone. She had to endure the loss of her other selves and live witht he fact that she her mind would slowly deage until she was mentally a child.

Cerydra- man her backstory is SO fucked up. She had to endure torturous and practically deadly training to become a 'fitting' ruler. Tbh tho idk what to say for when she was leading the flame chase she seemed to be having fun.

Hyselins was never able to return to the sea wjtb her companions. In the cycle we were the Deliverer, she had to endure being alone for thousands of years to trap lygus. Not to mention her discomfort with Cerydra's actions and eventually having to end her.

Anaxa imma be so fr idk about that fcukign guy half of his screen time is yapping which I don't understand. I'm very sorry anaxa fans

So y’know how As I’ve Written became a published story?? Distributed across the worlds?? Well what if As I’ve Written made it to Teyvat??

When connecting those dots I also realized how Clorinde is Hyselinscore but not entirely the same. Like Furina & Clorinde are Cerydra and Hyselins a bit to the left. Like very bit to the left but still the same
