you know who would’ve been PERFECT for live action 5 years post ROTJ Luke Skywalker in the mandalorian? Sebastian Stan!!! (with Mark Hamill still supplying the voice, obviously!! Luke was played on set by someone else anyway)

personally, in addition to thoughtful sw content and being made with so much love and care for the chars and the story, the mandalorian scores high points for humanizing the Tusken Raiders, especially in the krayt dragon episode. after GL repeatedly treated these guys like they were mere beasts (and make no mistake that the term Sand People is obviously racist) and the slaughter of an entire village overlooked like it was nothing, FINALLY Favreau writes them as people trying to protect their lands, who are worthy of respect just like any other sentient creature in the galaxy. cheapeau!
