Nurse: Are you the mom?

MAFM: Are you going to eat this? Should I toss it? What kind of car do you want not that one? Should we put out the trash tonight? Anything else need to be tossed out? Did we get anything good in the mail? Can you get me a shirt? You want me to make you a pot of tea? Can you empty the dishwasher so I can load it? You want to change your windshield wipers?

Student: How was our presentation?

Aca-guy I barely know: I wrote an abstract - can you read it and give me feedback?

Another student: Can you write me a recommendation next semester?

Son: Can I use the knife to fight an intruding killer? Can I have a snack? Can I have juice? Can you get me a cup? Can I have [another] snack?

Daughter: Do I have to go to the doctor? Do I have to have blood taken?

Mom: Did you take [daughter] to the doctor?

There's too many of you getting dogs and now with my brother sending me cute puppy videos, it's almost more than I can take. I've wanted a doggie for YEARS but my place doesn't allow them :-(

I want to go on a cute date. The one where I'd throw my clothes everywhere just to find the right outfit. I'd do my hair and be ready hours before the date. You'd pick me up and bring me someplace new.. a restaurant or even a little shop. After that we'd hold hands and walk slowly not saying a word, just enjoying the moment. You'd stop and peck me on the cheek. When it's time for me to leave, you'd grab my arm not wanting me to go.
