Overall vibe:

A few explanations if you're interested. I've set this in autumn, though the backgrounds are mostly green to represent the Earth Kingdom. Jin is wearing lighter, spring clothes, which she got secondhand from a wealthy woman of Ba Sing Se who completely updates her wardrobe every season. Hence, small implications that Jin is chilly.

Here are some "bonus features" I guess? My preliminary costume sketches, done in pen and marker, and a drawing of Jin done in watercolor and digital (with the phrase that inspired it below).

pls studge deserves better !!! i feel like the fans are never there for him anymore and all he wants is to play more and i feel like hes so ambitious bc he said he looks up to what suarez has achieved with barca and he wants that for himself

For the past three years or so, Sturridge has done nothing but put his body on the line for this club, and he’s never gotten the acknowledgement for it. People always used him to either elevate or vilify Suarez, and apparently he never earned a rating outside that. Sure, he was injured a lot, but a lot of that was the manager rushing him into play when he should have rested for a while longer. We all know he wants to play, he’s said so on multiple occasions, I don’t know that that would even be in question. During his injury time, he took on the bigger share of the press and sponsorship obligations, just so the other lads could focus on the football. He’s tweeted or otherwise communicated with the fans during almost all the games he was out, praising the team and encouraging them. 

So why does he not have a song yet, for fuck’s sake? You know how delighted he’d be? Can you imagine? He’d put it as his ringtone and everything!

Like I know people are willing to settle and cast any asian woman in the role of Motoko Kusanagi at this point but can we at least try to suggest a Japanese woman to play Japanese character in a story that’s set in Japan and deals with Japan’s relationship with technology?
