25 things I`ve learned as a person.

So here are 25 things I`ve learned since being alive 25 years.

1) Honesty is everything. Without it you might as well dig your own grave. 

2) Patience is a virtue. 

3) Think long and hard about what you want to do when you grow up. After all (for me anyway) you`re going to be doing it for the rest of your life. May as well be happy.

4) It`s okay to say no sometimes.

5) Slow down and take a minute to embrace the sights, sounds and smells of where ever you are. 

6) Family means everything. 

7) Don`t give up on your dreams, push harder to get to them. 

8) Music is the gateway to my soul.

9) Crying is never a bad thing. 

10) Find friends that like you for who you are as a person, not what you have. 

11) Money makes the world go round, but not all the time. 

12) There is good in everyone, no matter how big or small. We were all born equal.

13) Be proud of who you are and what you`ve done.

14) Small victories are still victories in the game of life

15) Love comes in all different shapes and sizes.

16) Cooking can be an enjoyable thing.

17) Try something once and if you like it keep at it, if not then at least you can say you tried.

18) Please and thank you go a long way.

19) Asking someone a question never hurts. Always ask questions.

20) Sometimes the best thing to do is to take a step back and observe.

21) School is stressful and hard, but worth it in the end. 

22) Have an open mind about everything. 

24) Don`t prejudge people, give them a chance.
