a term describing a type of trauma one does not remember, or is uncertain about for any reason. as a result one isn't exactly sure about the validity and effects of their trauma.

for example, someone who has a bad gut feeling about their childhood, but no evidence, reason to actually believe it, et cetera, but notices signs of abuse survivors within themselves; they could identify with the term quoitrauma due to their uncertainty.
