Throwback Thursday: English Tamagotchi iD L

The Tamagotchi ID L was released in Japan back in March, 2011, but did you know that this device was actually sold outside of Japan and in English? That’s right, the Tamagotchi iD L was translated by Bandai Namco Asia into the English to be sold in limited quantities throughout China, Korea, Australia, Indonesia, and a few other countries in APAC in 2012.

The English version packaging of the Tamagotchi ID L was white, and all six Tamagotchi iD L shells were available in the English language. It’s quite hard to find these, and if you can find them, they’re quiet expensive now.
