It takes 7 years for all the cells in the body to be replaced with new ones which means in only 3 years my body will be new and won't know all the evil it used to know. I am over half way there. The old foundations of my body won't be inhabited by the ghosts that haunt it now. I am so close to being someone they never even knew.

My doctor tried to tell me that lowering my gluten would help with my autism. I was going off gluten anyway so I know she meant well but I'm like, bruh, ain't no sandwich making me autistic. Sandwich makes me constipated not neurodivergent.
