* are ye ready for some social link bONDING TIME ----- cause lol stella said no more kids, and maybe we should listen to her. but perhaps, given perses connection to tartarus, he might be the key to understanding the unexplained time loops ? maybe this can create some sort of like mentor / mentee bond where understanding the dark hour becomes the main subject. maybe xeha was one of the "lost" victims they encountered in the tower but unlike the others, he was able to retain his memories of the dark hour ? or perhaps, he was like pharos ---- the destroyer's persona split apart during all that chaos ten years ago, only to manifest again. or he could have existed only at the dark hour, and eventually at a certain point gain the ability to exist beyond that ? that would be a mutual beneficiary relationship at least. heck, he's a master so he should share his knowledge over this wayward leader !! either way, upbeat minako is there to watch her arrogant mentor get soft over that crush of his and tease him about the change of mood --- only to end up with more objectives to solve cause her mentor is petty :'c

* but also greek mythology verse where perses is imprisoned after the titan war, and elpis being born as hope inside the box filled with misery and despair. it would be interesting and also cruel to incite hope after the titan had literally lost everything. imagine all those prayers this little goddess can give him, tell him that he has someone still waiting for him in the other side --- imagine how crushed he's going to be once he learned how hopeless it was to even hope. and then the angst where he cut ties with this little bby goddess, cause it turns out hope is the most cruelest object that existed inside pandora's box. yes im getting you back --- you kNOW WHY.

* i --- have no idea for a kh verse but lol shadows = heartless, and xeha really being the demiurge aspect too cause :3

There had been a comfort in seeing Amanda’s partner as worried as he was. A solidarity. He’s always liked Fin.

A silence spins out between them, and he knows exactly how much he owes her. She’s the one who insisted on being friends. She was the one who included him; he would have been okay if the team had been professional but disant. Or so he thought at the time, because it had always been that way. Brooklyn SVU had been cooperative, but utterly professional. He’d never been invited to birthday parties or baptisms or drinks after work. It was Liv who had pried open his loneliness and made him remember what it was like to have people again. If it wasn’t for her, he would have never been brave enough or reckless enough to ask Amanda to have dinner with him the first time.

“I think we need to... to talk,” he starts, and he knows it’s lame. Guilt washes over him: he should have told her before now, that they were seeing each other. Not only is she Amanda’s boss and his colleague, she’s his friend. “She wasn’t coming to go over a case. We were, we have been, having dinner.”
