It was quite a wine day yesterday! Met up with some friends who I haven’t seen in a while and opened some Rose to celebrate the end of summer. A Domaine Ott made from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah made in Provence and Domaine Jean-Paul Balland Sancerre Rose that is 100% Pinot Noir. We also opened a beautiful Sonoma Valley Meritage, otherwise known as a Bordeaux blend, from Imagery Winery called Pallas. Pallas is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec.
