I found this snippet in Diamond Trap that I am thinking of cutting because I don't remember the point I was trying to express with this segment, so I'm placing it here for archival reasons while I figure something out for it
_______________
Nathalie's current canines are not her original adult teeth.
It's a fact that barely anyone knows about, and why would they need that information? It wasn't the business of anyone else but hers.
And those who paid for the dental implants.
Not anymore, something low and melancholic murmurs somewhere inside her, which she quickly shoves into a black box and into the back of her head.
She couldn't honestly say what had caused the events that lead to her losing those teeth, she didn't bother to remember. After a certain point, the small details don't matter in the end.
She was fourteen.
Emilie was thirteen. And twelve. And eleven. And ten.
… The Ballet Master was Thirty-Six.
Like before, the small details don't mattered, the only detailed that mattered was that she had angered her father in a way she had never seen before.
This was the sole and only time he ever raised his voice at her.
The risk she took, the danger she had placed on the other shadows she talked into helping her in her own warpath, absolute disregard in protocol made her father go nuclear on her punishment. And he…
And he…
And he took the strength her bite for it.
No, he did not allow for pain relief.
Not that having teeth ripped out was the most painfully thing that happened to Nathalie during that time.
Emilie's terrified face is still burnt into Nathalie’s head even after all the years. She had thought she was helping.
…
To be honest, Nathalie is more upset that she never got those ruby made dental prosthesis Gabriel promised her when they were teenagers than anything else.
Good evening simps. It's been a while since you've seen anything creatively from me - it's been a while since I've seen anything creative from me too. -w- So I've come to dump the ideas that I've been brainrotting over for the past 5 hours since I've BEGUN to read this specific fanfiction again. Check it out, it's pretty good so far. Did great enough to inspire me to try and see if I can keep the creativity well from being SO FUCKING DRY.
Which brings us to the title of this post.
Welcome back to angst-hurt-comfort central ladies and gentlemen. It's been a long time.
Servant x Lord Dynamic, but also-
Childhood best friends to lovers.
Separated childhood best friends to lovers.
Monsters won the war and rule over the smaller human population, which makes up most of the servant class.
MC and Cross knew each other when they were young, from until about the age of 6 to 11 before MC is taken to work at the same estate that their parents worked at.
They remain separated until they're in their twenties, where Cross sees MC at another lord's party working as a servant for the estate.
Cross takes it upon himself to try and buy MC from the lord - and it's... hard. The lord makes MC very expensive, seeing as how Cross actually wants MC - and also because by then, MC is a very capable servant.
Cross is also one of the grand-princes of their kingdom. (Gaster is his dad in this one and the adopted nephew of the king and queen.)
MC goes from a bubbly little kiddo to a stoic, very snappy head servant.
Cross is very offput when they first see MC, he almost has to do a double take to make sure that it's them because their demeanor is so different, but it's definitely them.
MC has been traded off to about four other lords before their current one. (Which is considered a lot of different households to have worked for.) The first two estates broke them in, the third estate is where they learned how to do a ton of chores, and the fourth estate is where they're sexually harassed :D .
Cross went from a hopeful and proud kid to an exhausted, spiteful knight/prince.
Cross spends a lottt of money (enough to make his father frown), on buying MC from. Even MC is shocked at how much money Cross dropped for them.
Very awkward for the two of you learning how different you are now that you've grown up.
He sees MC's scars from when they were beat for being stubborn/bad at chores when the first 2 households were training them and he very much wants names that they will not give. (They're over it.)
MC has a "take no shit, do no harm" mentality when confronting people. (Sometime wishes to do harm, but the cons outweigh the pros, as they've learned the hard way.)
Very salty and underhanded when defending Cross' pride when people speak badly of Cross (and/or themselves, but less often).
Largest outside conflict would be Gaster's plan to kill Asriel to ensure the throne for Cross. Cross does not want to kill someone who's been like a cousin/uncle to him, and MC does not want to get roped into being one of the traitor's servants.
Gaster does not like MC, he thinks they're too proud for a servant.
ALSO GUESS WHAT I FOUND AND STARTED LISTENING TO WHILE I WAS WRITING THIS LIST??? A FUCKING PLAYLIST, LETS GO!
If you guys want to write this idea out, feel free to, just let me know because I would LOVE to check it out. And if you want more crumbs/headcanons/ideas/imagines, then just ask me, otherwise I will sit in my pile of brainrot by myself.
M0th, *sobbing*, M0th, *sobbing*, I finally did it, after 2 years I finally wrote this prompt! In response to this post.
The fic is called…..For you, Anything. Very original, right?
I’m back with this one shot that is actually a piece from my larger Wild Kratts Professor AU. Info on the AU can be found in the post below! Our by searching for this tag: #college professor wv au. The story is much larger, and I hope to post the entire story at some point, but for now I’ll give you this!
Your WK college professor AU sounds interesting! What exactly does it entail? Like what kind of professor is Zach and how does he meet Viole
Summary
In an alternate universe where all the Wild Kratts characters are college professors, Zach Varmitech is a grumpy Chemistry professor. He spends his days teaching lackluster students and enduring the antics of the Kratt Brothers whose offices he’s sandwiched between. To make matters worse he’s acquired a teacher’s pet who just won’t leave him alone. Violet Tyler is a kind and intelligent student who follows him around like a lost puppy. Zach tries to ignore his growing feelings for her, but one chance event changes everything...
Warnings
The warnings to note for this piece are mild to explicit language, Professor x student relationship (both of legal age), kissing, referenced inappropriate thoughts. The big warning is abuse/implied abuse, and references to past abuse/toxic relationship. Namely verbal abuse and mental abuse are described, with physical abuse implied. The scene itself is not graphic, no one is physically harmed, but it is present, so be warned.

Thinking again about the Graham de Vainly girls and how they all abandoned each other
Millie abandoning her daughters to the cruelty of her husband and force them to figure out how to navigate life without any kind guidance from an stable parent at a young age because she chose to alcohol instead of facing the reality they were in
Amelie abandoning Emilie to their father via allowing her to take the fall over things Amelie did, never understanding how much Emilie had sacrificed for her (being able to have actual friends, being able to have her own identity, having to constantly make sure no one can see her bare back) by taking up most of their father's attention so he wouldnt be able to take his ire out on Amelie, taking Emile's side over her sisters when it really mattered
Emilie abandoning both her mother and sister by eventually breaking under the abuse and fleeing, and never going back, letting go of obligations to her sisters, even though she knew exactly what life was waiting for Amelie the moment she was no longer there
