It’s (a) burning (passion). It’s burning in flames. It’s on fire. It’s the heat. It’s the light. Smoking, scorching, hot and flaming. Significant. It’s sparkling. It’s a hope and it’s deadly. Powerful. It’s a fire. Afire. Burn it (down to the ground.)

And I watch. And I feel. And I don’t feel. Everything. Nothing. Again. The game I play. And again. The game of life. Every day. (Slay those evil spirits.)

Tag 5 Manü Dinner Flammkuchen

Blogger im Geiste - oder doch nur purer Zufall? Flammkuchen kommt bei uns ganz gern mal auf den Tisch. Es ist schnell gemacht, man kann sich kreativ austoben und es schmeckt meist gut und nicht so schwer (wie beispielsweise Pizza oder Focaccia). Und die Kids lieben es.

Der Einfachheit halber war die Basis ein Fertigflammkuchenteig. Darauf gab es eine gute Portion Crème Fraîche als Basis und dann dreierlei Belag:

für die Kids eine Hälfte klassisch mit Ziebeln, Schinkenwürfel, Muskat

auf der zweiten Hälfte wurden die Schinkenwürfel durch gebratene Räuchertofuwürfel ersetzt (Spoiler: nicht annähernd so gut wie das Orginal und keine gute Idee..)

der zweite Flammkuchen wurde, ähnlich wie bei Anni, mit gewürfelten Rote Beeten, zerbröseltem Ziegenkäse, grob geknackten Walnüssen, fein gehackten Thymiam und etwas Honig belegt, nach dem Backen mit Rucola garniert

Nach einer viertel Stunde im Ofen war dann alles fertig und wurde ratzifatzi verzehrt (bis auf ein Stück mit Tofu, aber das ist verständlich..)

Nun bin ich gespannt auf Kochs Flammkuchenkreation :)
